Jesa Henneberry is an award-winning chef specialising in paleo meals to support an active lifestyle. Our menu changes monthly, but on any day of the retreat you can expect to be eating treats like this:
Breakfast
- Granola with coconut yogurt, dried fruit and bananas
- Lemon blueberry sweet potato breakfast muffins
- Green and Red Detox Juices
Lunch
- Green detox soup with seasonal greens and avocado topped with basil oil
Cleansing macro bowl of turmeric rice, steamed kale, sautéed edamame, lemon flax dressing, toasted coconut and goji berries
Dinner
- Baby arugula, escarole and radicchio with rosemary toasted oats and strawberry balsamic dressing
- Pan seared cauliflower steaks with chickpea ‘meat sauce’
- Fresh zucchini pasta with golden raisins, walnuts, capers and simple garden herb pesto
- Grilled asparagus with white balsamic drizzle
- Grain salad with roasted garlic and spinach wild rice with caramelized onions
